Christine currently serves as Vice President, Commercial Solutions Management at CCS, where her work focuses on helping people living with diabetes access the technologies, medications, supplies, education, and clinical support they need to manage their condition. In this role, she works across commercial strategy, chronic care innovation, health plan relationships, provider partnerships, employer solutions, and patient support models.
Her career has centered on a practical question: how do we make complex healthcare systems work better for patients, clients, clinicians, and organizations? That focus has shaped her work in specialty pharmacy, pharmacy benefit management, digital care delivery, clinical program development, and product commercialization.
Before joining CCS, Christine held leadership roles at CVS Health and CVS Caremark, including work in PBM marketing strategy, specialty pharmacy clinical programs, digital prescription platforms, secure patient messaging, and client-facing growth strategy. Her work has included building clinical and commercial narratives for large-scale healthcare clients, supporting specialty product launches, and helping translate complex clinical services into clear, usable value for clients and patients.
Christine is also an inventor on two U.S. patents: one related to secure patient messaging and another related to intelligent medication monitoring systems. These patents reflect a consistent theme in her work: using technology in a practical way to improve care delivery, communication, adherence, and patient support.
Her clinical and business background gives her a broad view of healthcare. She earned her MBA from Anna Maria College, a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Assumption University. She is a registered pharmacist, a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt through Villanova University, and has additional training in pharmacoeconomic analysis, oncology, and diabetes care.
In addition to her executive work, Christine serves as adjunct faculty at Assumption University in the MBA and Health Advocacy programs, where she teaches healthcare strategy, innovation, and applied health advocacy. She brings real-world healthcare experience into the classroom and helps students understand how policy, business, clinical care, and patient experience intersect.
